>>Didn't I read in the last 10Q that FIBR acquired this company? If true, that means Par, acting Chairman of FIBR, acquired another company that he was Chairman of?<<

Whats the big deal with that? He took a position at BW that allowed him to ready it for it's absorption by Osicom. Why? So that Osicom could obtain a factory in China, ISO-9000 approved at that. Turmoil in Asia? Osicom's manufacturing in Asia benefits by the strong dollar. Our manufacturig costs are going down. ABCN, Samsung are important new customers, but have not so far represented much business, perhaps that business is delayed by the Asia troubles, but there will be a comparitively small year to year decline in sales. So we have no real Asia turmoil here. If anything it's a benefit.

Yes R-II and R-T are in essence the Chadha's. They own the majority of the shares of Osicom, they started the comany. It's their company. We should be shocked that they own so much of thier own company? It is very smart for them to own shares through these companies as they provide tax shelters. It has always been disclosed that these partnerships were the Chadha's.
