Thank you Federal Reserve. Fake low interest rates and QE4 going on. It's all about liquidity. Trillion dollar deficits and soon to be $1.5 TRILLION. HUGE inflation coming. U.S. dollar being debased as predicted. Raises to workers have NEVER kept up with inflation. NEVER. Enjoy it while it runs. The hangover will be HUGE and PAINFUL.
