Some web sites are outside of the United States, but provide excellent description of books that are also available in the U.S. I have also included a bonus link that you may find interesting. It is a link to books that have their complete content online. These books appear to be the older books that have lapsed into the public domain, but do include topics like economics, business, and even a book about Wall Street.
