Grim and Larry:
I was told that the short position appeared to be falling when MU's stock price began to climb, then was informed that it appeared to be climbing.....fast. This made sense given the fundamentals, but is also cause for concern....on both sides. Tim's comments are very accurate, but so are those of the grimmer. The shorts will win this one simply because of the terrible dichotomy between the share price and the upcoming losses. Funds have short time frames. I also think Larry is dead on about the instability. Wouldn't surprise me to see an attempt to trigger a short panic, but it won't work. The company has plenty of problems and the price is simply unrealistic.
Best, Earlie

Grim, TXN's short interest actually dropped from 8,155,058
to 6,878,418 a drop of 16% , not sure of how many shares outstanding,
but I usually use TXN as a guage for MU, so the divergence does raise
questions.
