Dirk, WOW!! The resources on SI are wonderful. I had already opted for the dual card solution but will heed your warning that the fonts on WIN NT leave something to be desired. I do not want to compromise the other (main) uses of my system for the Matrox solution if it reduces the quality of the display. Many thanks. Carl

(We like the Appian J3, currently uses RDRAM and about to upgrade to SGRAM. Their software is much more advanced, and their products are used by DELL in their corporate line.)
