John,,<mucho bucks> I was short ry and bmo going in fri. ry was my idea, bmo was thanx to power outage in montreal causing a series of errors going back to jan 12 which culminated in , what felt like being hit with a boomerang fri, and not even knowing this until after the market opened because of a printer malfunction. As it turned out I managed to trade like a demon all day and get my losses back, which at one point were very substantial, I think I even made a few bucks.. Lots of guys I know did very well,, and I heard that a lot of institutional traders were taken off the hook big time.. Maybe I should have lent the Onan Generator I picked up at the begining of that ice storm to our Montreal office..<gg> russell
