tonto: Roland's restaurant was named........ (drum roll) R...O...L..A..N...D...S.. ......Rolands. LOL LOL Joseph's was owned by someone else.(Joseph) That closed, and reopened under a different name ..Baccarat. (new owners, same result) The Joseph, of Joseph's fame,(now that you mention it) I believe HAS reopened a new one on Cyprus Creek road. If it is anything like the past establishments he has been involved with, it must be a beauty. Thanks for telling me, I didn't know that it was finally open. I will have to go there, and check it out. LOL LOL al
