You are drinking the socialist brew of indoctrinated despair. If the problems are real, let the free market solve them. It is government's sole purpose to defend the markets not manipulate them. You obviously live in a city. I left that crap years ago. Cities are what they are. They are human endeavors. Today they are generally corrupt socialist cesspools. I can very easily walk for a full day and not see another human being. (They all go to the cities) If you long for that kind of silence and solitude and don't have it close at hand-- It is your own damn fault. What happens when these combine? Look at history.
