MELANIA TRUMP was at the centre of a personal attack by model and TV personality Chrissy Teigen, who claimed the FLOTUS was a “robot”.

The First Lady was initially mocked by observers after she claimed she wanted world peace as her New Year’s resolution. People were quick to criticise her husband Donald Trump’s record as US President as reasons why world peace may not be achieved. The episode was made doubly embarrassing for Melania after Trump then humiliated her by saying she had got her New Year resolutions mixed up with birthday wishes.

But Chrissy, who is married to fierce Trump critic John Legend, said on Twitter: “That’s birthday wishes, d*mb*ss.

“And calibrate the robot to your left she’s going haywire.”

It was attached to a link with Trump and Melania giving the New Year resolution interview.

Melania was asked by reporters what exactly she wanted in the New Year and she admitted world peace.

But her admission also sparked fury online with people complaining about human rights violations and issues with other countries that have allegedly been created by the US President.

Her BeBest campaign was also mocked as hundreds made their opinion on the First Lady clear.

One wrote: “Don’t disturb her. She is BeBesting.”

Another said: “And she answered like a beauty pageant contestant.

After she made her comment, Trump immediately corrected her by saying New Year resolutions should not be said out loud.

He also praised his own resolution.

He said: “But I can tell you, we really have a good resolution and it’s a resolution for our country.”

Mr Trump explained to his wife, “I’m not sure you're supposed to say a resolution out loud.

“I don’t want to say what my resolution is because I think we jinx it.”

This news comes after the First Lady was humiliated on social media after citizens accused her of plagiarising Christmas.
