Yes - the NASD controls it all, not to be confused with the NASDAQ. I think there are two tiers of NASDAQ stocks, NASDAQ and NASDAQ small cap. Both have different maintenance and new listing requirements. Then there's the OTC:BB which is controlled by NASDAQ, but not considered, NASDAQ. I think you posted the maintenance requirements for one of the regular tiers(2nd I think), I have no idea if there are requirements for the OTC:BB. I know NASDAQ is thinking of installing some so they can boot a bunch off to the pinks. This is all from my less than crisp memory, not to mention, I've always been confused by this anyway.
