They look bigger than they are. There are seven basic variations from a little over 2000 sq ft to a little over 2400 sq ft total living area on the first two floors. The houses generally have unfinished basements with garages, and the attics are unfinished. Houses on street corners have a different layout that includes a 500 sq ft playroom in the basement. Lots are about two tenths of an acre, except for the corner houses which are about one third of an acre. They all have underground utilities.
