Ken, when a company issues more shares in this case over a million they usually do not do well. Look at Andrea Electronics(AND) stock was at $25,another million shares became availible &2 to 3 months later stock is around $ 13 and they at least have sales of 26Million.BTW FTEL with no sales. The worst thing that can happen to ftel is Nasdaq& being a fully reporting company,much easier not reporting and being sustained by hype. PS AND went up 344% before they pulled this sleazy maneuvar.STOP KIDDING YOURSELF
