gqc.v - yes, heard a fair bit through the year about the chinese in the DR, but your post got me to reading more - it's really a Thing ... pity they chose to abandon Taiwan, that shows a love of money above that of principle, all too common nowadays ... there's nothing inherently bad about the Romero project, gqc can make modern safe well-paid jobs without fouling air or water or anything, and make a good buck in the process ... only thing holding it back is politics, which for all its various and glorious attributes tend to act something like tides, only on somewhat longer cycle length sunm.v - months ago i didn't like the prospects here ... lot cheaper now though, hmmm ... better have a good look soon
