KLIC is heavily involved in "Flip Chip" if it looses money they'll call it "Flip Flop" ;}

In Nov the quater one results were expected to be $0.38, by time Dec came around, the estimates came down to $0.22! Someone was guiding the street lower...so they beat the downward revised estimate, but NOT the original estimate of $0.38...It just goes to show you how hard it is to estimate the earnings for KLIC...backlog and total sales for KLIC is very encouraging!
