Will China devalue? If they do, get out of 'Dodge',fast.

Tom: Speaking of Hong kong,China keep saying they won't devalue the Yuan.Can we trust any bureaucrats ( a Commie one at that.)? Here is an articles that sheds some light into the situation. But what worries me is the recent 'come-back' of the black-market in US dollar.
