At the time I must confess I hadn't read it; but I now see you're punctilious about not pulling your punches regardless of how pungent the topic.

I haven't actually made the A.I.M. plunge, as I like to trade a bit more frequently than it appears most A.I.M. people are doing. I do like to visit and read your forum, since my swimming the channel technique is very similar in it's philosophy to A.I.M., buy low, sell some high, buy more low, albeit much less programmatic, and much more intuitive in its selection of buy and sell points.

Also, my vehicle of choice is options, which require steady gardening.

I have wondered about whether folks use A.I.M. for week trading, feeding it daily prices with a loose trigger for buying and selling; hoping to make a trade or two each week, but I don't see anyone writing about it so I assume it's not widely practised. I had thought that APCC my be a good stock for such an approach.
