Tony it is my opinion living in New York that EVERYONE in the HMO world here is going to hit the rate increases. 10% + Rate increases have to be approved by the state over ten percent: 10% and below don't have to be approved. There haven't been any appreciable rate increses fo the last three years in NYC.

All of this is from my recollection of reading the papers, and stands to be corrected.
