Donkeyman - the Lab has an important strategic land position, and no doubt must be in some kind of potential suitor situation now for a jv with someone. There was some field work including drilling on the property about a year or so ago, that came up with the leopard troctolite. Just what the real long term implications of this are, dunno, but it must be good for negotiating an attractive jv deal. There may be other info, but certainly the chart is looking good for now, nice steady climb.
