Hi John

Merle and Dave will get what's coming to them one day. I remember you and like myself(Not Mr Metals at that time)was warning everyone to dump NPA but nobody listened. To bad.

I really feel sorry for those who got screwed in this play, I count myself lucky that I sold my position around $2. Unfortunately, greed took over and I bought a very small position again at 22cents? Regardless, I am thankful I am walking away with a nice profit but if this thing does trade again, which I think it will, expect it to open aroung 5cents!

Greetings John

It would appear that what is holding up reinstatement is determining
whether klien or Shah were aware or connected to RHs dealings particularly Shah as he and RH were the ones doing all the decision
making.Shah seems to have misgivings in may as his trading activity in npa ceased then.Maybe it was then that the fish started to smell for him and he wanted to distance himself from what was going on.My problem with Klein is wether his concerns are for the co or just clearing himself from any involvement. As klien has little stake in the co he may disappear from it after reinstatement and possibly the co will just fade to obscurity. To me Klien and Shah are in a difficult position as they were both directors when the misleading releases were put out.Until about mid april Shah was the one whos name appeared on the releases then it was the or RH with shahs name appearing with the phone number for a few then no mention of shah at all until he aqssumed the pres and RH was out. This to me seems as if RH was basically locking out the other directors and procceeding on his own.The problem is that shah and klien must have been aware of some of the goings on at the co.It is a possibility that the final straw for Shah were the happenings in aug and he then went to the vse which would explain why RH is gone and he is still there though under investgation.
There are a few interesting possibilities if the co is still in control of the coni properties with Falconbridges exit from the ica deal if the rumors of there interst in coni have any foundation.

From the release as i said the stumbling block is whether shah and klien were involved in the the activities of RH and there having not yet been shown to be acceptable as directors.I see at the present RHs activities not to be part of reinstatement as he is out and any action involving his activities will come from the vse sanctions against him,co actions and shareholder actions against him.
