Due to the high level of interest, the underwriters have increased the size of the offering and have exercised their over-allotment option in full. The Company will issue, on a bought deal private placement basis, a total of 15,333,320 common shares (the “Shares”) and 16,161,600 charity flow-through common shares (the “Charity FT Shares”), which the Charity FT Shares will qualify as “flow-through shares” within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada), for total proceeds of $13.1 million (the “Upsized Offering”).
