I would like to have someone else call NASDAQ and explore this issue with them. I have done this (see my post #6654) already but it has been my experience in regulatory matters that at different times one may get different answers from different people - even though the same questions are asked. I think it would be worthwhile to ask BNGO during a conference call if they have submitted their NMS application yet.
