To all;

When I went through the posts on this thread I get the impression
that we have to deal here with the worst company ever and that it is
a miracle the whole crap is still in business. Kind of the Indonesia
on the Nasdaq.

When I look up some numbers about the company I get a different
view. It seems that there revenue and EPS are even growing.
www1.wsrn.com

I was even more suprised that analists don't expect the numbers to
go south next year. Believe it or not, they are expecting it to go
up further!

Every once in a while I read a newspaper about the Y2k-stuff
A few years ago you sometimes read articles from guys explaning
this was all a hype. But they are more and more hard to find.

In my country, the Netherlands, the dutch government has called it
the nr. 1 thread to the economy. I also read in an article that,
compared to the rest of Europe, Holland is doing "fine".

And more and more economists are declaring that the whole Y2k-hype could cause a worldwide-depression. But of course they are wrong.

I'm also working in the IT-business and so far I have never spoken
anyone who says it is a hype. And I also know that only 25% of
IT-projects are fixed within time and budget.

I also heard from the Gartner-group that only 60% of the systems
will be fixed in time. And this is sure not the only source that
tells me so.

A company called Unilever recently announced that they trippled
their Y2k-budget to 500 million dollar.

But I'm sure I'm missing something big that all you others know.
I'm very curious. And please don't bore me with small financial
details.

Anyhow, last week I made the biggest mistake of my life so far.
I went long on DDIM at 15. Believe it or not but I still think
there is a tiny change that this stock is a little bit over-shorted.
And that sooner or later we will see a short-covering so maybe I
might even make some money on this one. And there also is a tiny
change that meanwhile DDIM will posts increasing revenues.

We all have our dreams once in a while.

Paul
