Yes. Friday's action may continue as the
dollar falls. Higher rates would help to
alleviate inventory risk for the primary
dealers and make the bonds easier to sell.
Such selloffs in front of auctions are not
uncommon and in view of potential dollar
erosion makes higher rates probable. How
much higher I don't know but the Clinton
situation doesn't help IMHO.
