I think the biggest reason why he will back down is the U.S. stock market crashing otherwise. But IMO, it will not matter. The US stock market will crash one way or another this year and before the US election. And he will take the blame. The US GDP continues to implode and earnings stagnant growth will catch up with that. And no FED propping up that overpriced shit will help... certainly not at Fed rates of 0-1.5%... as usual, Republicans are going to leave BURNED EARTH behind them, one way or another...
