Glenn, they must be using VARs outside of NA. I'm sure they use them
in Asia and maybe Central and Latin America. I think they probably have offices in
Europe. They might be using VARs the Middle East and Africa. I'm just guessing
because Cisco uses VARs in Asia.

I would agree. The product owned by VARs may be considered sold depending up the agreement.
