Where did you hear that? If that's true (and I highly doubt it), it'd be all over the news, and Iran would look like complete wimps to their bloodthirsty supporters. The Americans received advance warning from their own "early warning systems", and the fakepress chooses to embellish that with fakenews and bullshit. Trump even said it at his presser. One rumor is that the Iranians warned the Iraqis and they told the Americans, but it's much more likely that the Americans warned the Iraqis.
