Just a couple of observations concerning your post.

1)I too am very disappointed about the delay in the hearing aid. However, keep in mind that it is probably a manufacturing logistics problem and not a fundamental problem, since my info is that they are done with the product but have delayed the actual selling until April.

2)As I am sure you know Starkey is not a retail organization dedicated to the individual customer, but a manufacturer selling it's products through audiologists.Clearly there is no excuse for not responding to you in your request, but that is not really what they do.They rely on their distributers to handle those chores.

3)The article in Forbes magazine in my opinion is not a negative at all.If anything,it indicates margin pressure on Starkey, but not a lack of sales. As shareholders of Q that is not the concern, since royalties come from units sold not a percentage of Starkey,s profits. Also,if you read Rainier's recent post he indicates that Starkey, according to him,is now the number one manufacturer of hearing aids in the world,so they must be doing something right.

Patience will hopefully be rewarded since patience is what is and has been required of us for sometime now.
