I don't recall reading that "Coast" has to wait a couple of years to exercise their warrants. In fact the impression I got was that they had a couple of years and then they would expire. The exercise price was quite low so I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF THEY HAVEN'T ALREADY BEEN EXERCISED.
