(Sigh) Your statements are untrue. Solv maintains 12% interest in petroleum production. Given Koch's stated commitment to spend over a billion dollars on this development, this is not insignificant. Koch will finance Solv percentage. Koch is also publicly committed to the aluminum business as part of their materials division. Solv maintains 75% interest in minerals.

To get better information you could do as Bear Stearns did and buy up some debt. Then you could file a notice. You would then be subjecting yourself to Judge McFeeley's court and you would really want a good reason to do that. Perhaps this is because there is not going to be an Alanco - Koch SEC investigation. For those who may not be aware, according to court documents the SEC on March 26, 1996 launched Alanco (ALAN) - Solv-ex investigation as a single investigation. The only commonality I have been able to find is that they both were causing a short squeeze at the time. Immediate publication of the then "confidential" SEC investigation in WSJ and Barrons broke the squeeze.

Perhaps with your new high tech system you can confirm there was a forced buy in earlier this week of 20,000 shares (at a little shy of 2). That 3/8 spread is a Ursus horribilis if you are at the ask.

Sigh-lently yours
