Back a few years ago when the 13 Week Treasury Coupon rate was zilch plus one penny RAVI wasn't paying enough to make it a practical alternative. Two things have happened - 1) Commission to buy/sell RAVI is now history and 2) general interest rates are higher than back then. RAVI tracked the upward climb in rates nicely and hasn't fallen back much with the more recent rate cuts. This is because of their more diversified income stream. If it was strictly treasuries and other govt paper it would have fallen back further, I believe.

End of Month dividend knocks the NAV down each time. It's the thinnest traded of the three st income ETFs but is good enough for me and my small position.
