I have no problem with the founders of the company having a "vice grip". It's their company so why is this either surprising or why does it even matter? It's better that they own it and can control the company along the stated mission. Which for all the financial woes you point out and all the warnings and inuendo of wrong doing, they have not once detered from the path they started down. Say what you want about the management, but I have been in the stock for a long time now and they have never deviated off the path they described when I first laid down dollars for shares. And not Barrons, BW or you has effected that. Though the publications have certainly made the going tough.

The risk of Par and Sharon divorcing never has been one I even considered until now. Certainly it is a risk, but I can and have named risks involved with this stock that are much greater and much more likely. This risk plays no part in my decision to continue to hold and accumulate and deep discounts the shares of this company. Nice try but really I'm not scared.
