JB,

As far as TA goes, the chart is setup for a break-out to new highs awaiting a trigger event (earnings). If earnings and 98 forecasts are bullish as we expect, then we should rise to new highs quickly (within 2-3 weeks), pullback to 22.50 and then continue upward towards 28-30 gradually (over 6-8 weeks) until the next earnings release comes out. If CELL shows that Asia has not impacted them, then it should break its tie from unrelated international market swings, and trade based on its own merits. The assumption I make here is that the company's earnings are consistent with their previous earnings and refelect continued, sustainable, expected growth performance. The odds are in favor of this being a valid assumption.
