I don't trade like some of you so I don't worry about 19.5 or 19.75 but checking the chart going back about 1 year there were two minor tops around 20(19.5/19.75) during March-April and October-November.

Ed, the move back at Mar-Apr 97 was due to Ellison takeover rumor & Price's $115 mil buy of AAPL. I didn't put up a chart for first half of 97 but a summary of events in 97 (I'm sure I left out quite a few) can be found here:

Ed,

I took this price analysis from research angle, no speculation
involved. I just try to see if this conventional pattern analysis
matches in Apple's case, and eager to finding out whether there is
any conspiracy theory used by more than a few daily professional
traders. Most people including me held Apple as a "very" long
position for its promising future as well as tax purpose.
