Chip, you are being selective in what you want to tell. What you haven't said here is that Sim also mentioned that the shortfall in Asia will be compensated by the strong demand in Americas and Europe.

Have just waded through 60 messages on this thread alone -- so forgive me if I can't remember who posted an enquiry which occurred also to me and was hoping someone would come up with an answer -- to wit: Doesn't $60 million write-off for buying 3 concerns with cash sound rather high?
