I seem to remember a software program in those days that would remove the key necessity when it made a copy of the original disk. I'll think about it...

I'll pay money to anyone that has a key to the DOS program Magic Desk.

I loved that program and used it for a long time when I was refusing to accept Windows. (I eventually lost)
I'll look around, but I doubt I have it. I dumped all floppies and disks years (decades) ago where I would have saved it.

Josh, I found a couple of places where you can download a shareware version of Magic Desk. It is shown as an evaluation version but looks like it supports most of the full blown program's features.

Search "DOS Magic Desk" and see if you find something you can use.
