change happens when it happens

as far as Taiwan is concerned, am sure its most dynamic portion of the population (2M out of 24M) is similarly against change, any change, but as they need to put rice on the table, and they must practice their training, they in truth shall make change possible, likely, and then happen

It is just math, I suspect.
