Melissa Francis put forth an interesting theory today on Outnumbered. She said Bloomberg was not running for Pres as a serious candidate, but to circumvent campaign finance, spending laws. So he can spend $1 billion in advertising trashing Trump. I think he could have just created PAC to do the same though, so I don't know if I buy it. Don't care enough to research how PAC spending laws work.
