y, that bet is a slam dunk, but I'd worry about collecting. Has Brad ever paid you all those tuna sandwiches he lost with bets with you? You know he's a lawyer. They think they can justify anything; they think everyone else is stupid. Just like the OJ trial. Johnny Cockroach and the rest of those lawyers think they out smarted everyone. I could have won that case with that jury!!!

Brad, your original bet did not have a time frame. However, I will accept the bet on two conditions. 1. That the time frame is set at March 31, 1998( as some time may be needed to work a deal out.) and 2. That you deposit your part of the bet( ie a measly $10, are you sure you can afford it?) with Jerry for safekeeping, as you you do not have a good track record of paying off your bets. If this is acceptable deposit the $10 with Jerry and we have a bet on whether or not CITA will be sold for over $11 by March 31, 1998. y
