I thought they had already set up one of these facilities?

All they have done is borrow against receivables, which is simply a way of bringing cash forward, so it affects liquidity but does not help the balance sheet.

The interesting thing is that there must be receivables to borrow against! It will be interesting to see 1) the extent of their receivables, and where their recent customers have come from, and 2) the terms of the loan.
