Kevin: The hell of it is, as Brian Heath alluded to, is that I did have information and suspicions which I should have acted on. Oh well, maybe after a few more days of self-flagellation (or is that self flatulation <ggg>), I'll be able to get back in the saddle again.

BTW, never thought of you appearing pro hac vice. Why not? Get a few free trips to Vegas! Good idea.
