TG, I did the recommended reading and then some. I prefer to go along with the intent of the agreement rather than pick at the wording, as there seem to be some "outs" based upon extensions for recieving the money. It would appear that the merger has already taken place, but that it could be rescinded if the money were not received prior to the expiration of the mutually agreed upon extensions. This would be messy business, but so what at that point. If you were trying to point out that the shares will come off of restriction three months earlier than may have been thought, I would again have to say so what. The SQUEEZE will have LONG since been over by then. Best regards, AD
