This information should be helpful to Iomega in assessing their training and dealer incentive programs (if they have any). All of this effort may come to naught, i.e. may be ignored by Iomega. That in itself would also be valuable information about the company to have. The emphasis should be on constructive feedback to Iomega. Gottfried

Mel, as I stated earlier, I think you're on to something. Go ahead and start a thread/form a committee. In the meantime, I don't think there is any substitute for us letting IOM executives and their agents know (in a positive way, as GM suggests) what our concerns are NOW. You brought up very important issues. In my view, these need to be addressed at the Stockerholder mtg...isn't this coming up v. soon? Anyone here going to attend...Trufflette? Others?
