Hi UE,

Thanks for the excellent review.

I'm very close to triggering another sell of 5 calls at the July 50 strike price. If they sell that will net a $53.00 net price. I also have 10 calls at 54 net price and 10 more at 55 sell price.

If the price does go up, I'll be selling 2500 shares every $2.50 increment till I've sold 10,000 shares.

That will get me my original investment money back and let the remaining shares run and pay the dividend.

Those funds will go toward acquiring some more XOM or CVX.

I need to study up on some utilities and/or Reit's.

I've had and enjoyed owning some REIT's before, but fear if and when rates begin to increment up again, they have so much debt that price suppers in REIT's as rates go up.

Nothing wrong with building cash either.

Thanks again for the great review UE!

How bout that Cohu today!

Bob
