DD, I'm not aware of any maintenance requirements for OTC-BB. There may be, but I'm not aware of any. The NASD is talking, as I'm sure you are aware, of bumping non-filing companies to the pink sheets. I don't think anything is in stone yet, and I'm sure there will be a grace period for existing companies to come into compliance.
