Jim,

I may have had glimses of those frightened and shy children. They are so protected and insulated from the 'rest of us' that they could not survive were they placed among us for just a brief time.

I've been trading bond futures for many years. I've been long the bonds since the summer. I've taken some licks but have massed a fortune over the years timing this market. I'm not always right, but I'm quick. I'm way ahead. I agree, the futures markets are not for the faint hearted. These are the markets for gunslingers only. In these markets there are only two kinds of people, the quick and the dead.

Wow, very deep message.

RE: "a select inner loop in a Brotherhood of Big Bankers, of which the IMF is just one arm."

I never know what to make of stories like that. I certainly do not dismiss them as "rediculous," since I understand the power of Big Money. I could see how something like that could happen. On the other hand, I've heard many people I respect saying that those stories are complete figments of the immagination.

Do you think there will ever be any hard proof one way or the other?

Best wishes,

I2
