Norman: When I think of the MSFT trials, I really think of GTE. Aware believes the GTE trials are meaningless? The GTE Gov. Srv. and GTE-CLEC contracts were a direct result of many GTE trials using Westell gear. The MSFT/Compaq/Intel group will follow the findings of the T1E1.4 group. Do you know of a single Aware patent in the T1E1.4 standard? If one really thinks about it, AMTX has the patents for T1E1.4 DMT not Aware. It now seems that TI/AMTX will be included in the release coming from the MSFT/Compaq/Intel group next week... until later.
