That doesn't even make sense.

Reagan, to your way of thinking, screwed up the property tax system. But CA is one of the states with the highest property taxes. CA also is deemed as having the highest rate of poverty as residents struggle with your high taxes and cost of living. CA also has the greatest income inequality of any state in the nation with working people living in cars. And CA is a state that has long been completely controlled by Democrats.

Please tell me you know that the rest of the country is not like this.

Are you thinking that Reagan is the cause of California's decline? During his time as governor, middle-class type people were pouring into California for the great jobs and wonderful quality of life there. What happened?
