Isn't this the same argument Dershowitz made during the Clinton impeachment? Ken Starr has since stated that he doesn't believe Republicans should have impeached Clinton. Clinton's offenses were multiple statements involving perjury, so I guess both Dersh and Starr don't even think perjury qualifies even though it can put you in jail. I admire Dershowitz. He's spoken on Fox that he's lost most of his friends and become a pariah on Martha's Vineyard where he has long had a vacation home. I read recently that he's the youngest Harvard professor to ever be given tenure.
