Yes.

The cheapest place to get Excite right now is by buying Intuit. I already own enough Intuit at it's current level....so I'm sitting on that position.

I have been playing a combination of XCIT CKFR INTU for the last 9 or 10 months.

Story......................

I started out in CKFR....then INTU bought into CKFR....then later on I got started in XCIT...then INTU bought into XCIT.....then I bought INTU.

I what I figured out going thru SEC stuff is INTU got 12.6M shares of CKFR last February buy selling them their transactional arm ISC.

INTU then sold 2M shares of CKFR to get below 20%....gave them some 20+ M in Cash.

Then CKFR pays INTU 10M for Exclusive Fee.

If you are following to this point Intuit now has 20% of Checkfree and 30M in Cash.

INTU then puts 40M into XCIT and takes 20% of XCIT.

If you are following to this point Intuit now has 20% or Checkfree and 20% of Excite and is out 10M Cash.

Then CKFR pay INTU another 10M for Exclusive Fee.

Moral.....Intuit got 20% of Excite and 20% of Checkfree for nothing.

You might have to re-read that...BUT IT IS TRUE.

...............................................................................

When Excite goes big up......I hide in my Intuit Position. If Excite goes to $80.....Intuit will be right behind them.

I play all three...and hold Intuit. Sell the high one XCIT/CKFR...buy the low one XCIT/CKFR...hold Intuit.

Doing very well see no reason to change now.

Excite P'$ will be moving to CKFR next week.
