It was a perfectly planned and executed election strategy. You all whine and carry on about it all you like, but the Trump campaign simply executed better than the Clinton campaign. It is highly likely he will do the same in the coming year. While you guys want to talk shit about him, the reality is he smarter and more effective than the people you have. Look at the people you’re running this time! The one shot you have is Bloomberg and most of the country is unconvinced about him. He can spend billions, but it would leave you having to accept things in Bloomberg you wouldn’t tolerate in Trump — essentially, admitting to a two faced approach to politics. I believe Trump will execute better this time than last. If you cannot make an order of magnitude forward leap in your election strategy, it seems like a long shot to me.
